SHIPPING & RETURNS
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders received by 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm will be shipped the next business day. Please allow for extra time over the holidays, as delays can happen. If we are running a promotion for free shipping at a certain threshold, it will only be applicable for tangible items and for domestic shipping. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation. If you have put the wrong address or need to amend your order - contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed, there is nothing we can do. NAATO&CO cannot add additional items to your order or process credit card payments over the phone.
The package will be shipped by United States Postal Service. Once your order has shipped, NAATO&CO is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers. Please contact us at beauty@naatoandco.com and we will help you to file a claim on your behalf. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. We recommend going into your local courier office and asking them about your delivery if lost.
NAATO&CO do not offer refunds for orders refused on delivery.
Delivery dates are for guidance but there may be times when failures are caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: national strikes, vehicle breakdowns, incorrect address details being provided, major road works or closures, customs delays, natural occurrences and forces of nature, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers. NAATO&CO cannot be held responsible for these.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at beauty@naatoandco.com
It is the buyer’s responsibility to also contact NAATO&CO with questions before placing an order relating to ingredients for topical use if there is any health or allergy concerns. NAATO&CO assumes no responsibility for our products application, use, storage or maintenance: the buyer is responsible for proper care and application. In no case will NAATO&CO LLC (our owner, employees, affiliates, contractors, vendors) be liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct or indirect damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of data, replacement costs, loss of money or any similar damages. You may not use our products for any unauthorized purpose, such as resale.
Domestic (USA)
Free shipping for orders over $150, not including sales tax. All orders below $150 have a flat $9 shipping fee. Orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (US), American Samoa, Guam, & Northern Mariana Islands, will also ship USPS. We cannot deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes.
Canada
Free shipping for orders over $200. Orders under $200 have a flat $18 shipping fee.
International
Free shipping for orders over $300. Orders under $300 ship with a $45 flat rate. For international orders, we ship via USPS Priority Mail International to other countries. If you have a specific shipping request, please email us at beauty@naatoandco.com because we are able to work with most shipping providers.
We currently do not ship to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Brazil, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Syria, Turkey and Venezuela because we can not reliably guarantee delivery. As we expand, we're regularly adding more countries. Send us an email and request your country.

Discounts and Coupons: Please note, only one discount per order may be used on our site. Ensure to enter your coupon code at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply a discount once your order has been placed, processed and completed.
Gift Card + Certificate Policy: Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, and cannot be replaced.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs at the final destination point. We seek your patience, as despite expedited shipping, delays may sometimes occur due to customs processes. NAATO&CO is not responsible for any additional fees, charges or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. NAATO&CO do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. Nor for orders refused on delivery. We want you to love your purchase, so we encourage you to thoroughly review each ingredient list before making a purchase, especially if you are new to our collection or have sensitive skin.
Due to the nature of our products, and embracing the artistry behind our quality production, we do not offer returns or refunds. Due to contamination issues, all sales are FINAL unless the product is damaged. We do not offer exchanges nor refunds on any of our products due to general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or if a product does not resonate as you wish with your skin.
