Before Bath/Shower:

If possible, warm the bottle in hot water. Abhyanga is a massage that’s done with warm oil. Massage it all over the body, with gentle yet firm strokes. Leave it on to absorb for 10 minutes before your regular shower or bath. Use daily.

After Bath/Shower:

To maximize your results, apply a generous amount to wet skin. Massage with circular movements into your whole body, feet and hands to seal moisture. Can be used daily. 

Bath Time:

You can also pour two capfuls into your warm/hot bath water to enjoy fully the restorative benefits of this magnificent restorative body oil.
