Apply to previously cleanse skin your favorite Face Oil Elixir to the face and neck. During the massage, the gua sha should glide easily. Gua Sha massage should be done for at least 8-10 minutes daily.

Take a deep breath and inhale between your hands before applying the elixir onto your face. Exhale.

• Pull gently your skin with one of your hands while using the gua sha with the other.
• Using the longest side of the gua sha, place it at a 30 to 45-degree angle moving the tool from the centre of your face towards the edges.
• Start just above the mouth and to the side of the nose and drag the tool upwards, following the contours of the cheekbones, jawline and Chin towards the hairline and ears using medium pressure.
• Neck: Section your neck into four areas and scrape each section from the bottom up. Be very careful on the neck as there are arteries and veins, so don’t press too hard. Always end each stroke with a little wiggle to help move lymph.
• Forehead: Start at the center of the forehead and divide your forehead into three sections and glide your tool outwards.
• Under-Eye: Start in the inner corner of the eye and glide outwards to the temple.
• Brows: Glide upwards along the brow bone.
• Repeat this sequence 10 times, and follow the same steps on the other side of your face before moving to the opposite side.
• Always work the tool upwards.

Can be used daily. Morning and evening. 

How to Clean:

To clean your gua sha, wipe the stone with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, use a mild soap to wipe away product build-up and kill bacteria. Let it air dry over a soft cloth or towel.
